Boarding FAQ

Workindoggz strives to create a positive experience for our campers and their families. We are proud to treat our pack like family. For this reason we have a screening process for our boarding services to ensure we're the best fit for your pet. After submitting an inquiry request, if your pup seems like good fit we will reach out to schedule a meet and greet. The process can take an estimated 1-3 weeks. In the mean time, please review our boarding requirements.

Boarding requirements
It's important to us that your furry camper is comfortable, safe and healthy during their stay. To ease the transition and help create a home away from home, we require a few things:
-
Up to date vaccines including DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella. Influenza is highly recommended along with current flea, tick and heart worm medication.
-
Campers over the age of 8 months must be spayed or neutered
-
All new pups must pass a meet and greet prior to their stay. In addition, prior to boarding it is HIGHLY recommended that your pup be familiar with our daycare with a couple days under their belt prior to an overnight stay.
-
Certain breeds might not be well suited for our facility such as bully breeds and belgian malinois.
-
Please be aware, we are unable to accept some health conditions and mobility limitations.
-
We are consistently reviewing dogs eligibility for our daycare and boarding services. Some behaviors or health concerns may arise that would disqualify a dog from our daycare and boarding services. We will try our best to work around these concerns but we may not be able to address them all at our facility.
-
For stays less than 7 days, we ask that you individually package your pups meals (no need to label the bags unless each meal is different).
-
Please DO NOT include MEDICATION in the prepackaged bags. Our team takes great care to ensure proper administration, so please bring medications separately. SUPPLEMENTS can be included in prepackaged bags.
-
For stays longer than 7 days, please ensure you have enough food for their stay in an appropriate sized container.
-
-
Plan on dropping off your pup with their food. We will supply all beds, bowls, toys, blankets, and fun. If there is a need to bring personal belongings, please let us know ahead of time and we will try to accommodate those belongings. If your pup has a food allergy, please bring a personal food scooper if food is not individually packaged.
-
If your pup was registered with general boarding but they are not transitioning well, we will try to do everything to make them feel comfortable. Some pups are candidates for our sleeper buddy service. If that is the case, your pup will be registered for our sleeper buddy service for the following boarding stay.

Thank you for your help in creating a home away from home for your camper!
