We're so grateful that you trust us to take care of your furry family member! We know this can be a tough time for both you and your pet, but we want you to know that we've got over 40 years of combined experience and we'll make sure this is a great experience for everyone involved. At Workindoggz (formerly known as The Top Dog), we really go above and beyond to give your pet the best grooming experience possible. We treat your furry friends like they're our own and make sure they get the love and care they deserve from their nose to their tail. No matter how big or small, we're ready to take on any challenge!

Our groomers have a wide range of qualifications and experience. You can trust that your furry friend will receive the fresh look they deserve!
Additional costs are applied to specialty cuts such as those that require hand scissoring.

Since we are such a busy salon, hair cuts, full body trimming and grooming services are by appointment only. Many times we have bath appointments available, please give us a call.

Running late to your scheduled appointment? Give us a call and let us know. ​

​​More than 15 minutes late to your appointment and we have not heard from you, we will reschedule your appointment and this will be counted as a "No Show"

Dogs are required to have up to date vaccines including DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies. Vaccine waivers are available for DHPP and Bordetella at the discretion of our staff.

If you are unhappy with your pups grooming, please let us know within 48 hours and if possible, we can offer a fix it cut.
LATE PICK UP POLICY
Unless otherwise agreed upon at drop off, all dogs need to be picked up within 1 hour of our message letting you know they are finished. Any dogs left for an excessive amount of time after they are finished will be charged a late fee of $15 per pet. For any dog registered at our daycare, they will enjoy a half day of play for $30.

NO SHOW AND LAST MINUTE CANCELATION
We kindly request any cancelations be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. For appointment no shows or cancelations within 24 hours, clients will be asked to add a credit card on file at the next appointment. We will do everything we can to replace a no show or canceled appointment from our wait list but if we cannot, once the card is on file, the client will be charged $50 per pet going forward.

Card service fee
We accept card, cash, check and Venmo. Please note that our card processing machine charges a 3% service fee for ALL cards that will be added to your total.
